I was wondering if anybody has seen any guide on how to do this.
I'm setting up a site, and I want users to be able to login with their google accounts or facebook accounts but also have them registered in my database so my site can remember them. Any links or ideas would be appreciated thanks. |

I did a bit of research on this recently, but never round to implementing it. I was looking at oAuth to authenticate users.
Here's a couple of the links that I was looking at. http://www.neilcrookes.com/2010/04/12/cake...-to-httpsocket/ http://code.42dh.com/oauth/ http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/abailis...re_all_you_need and this one for OpenID http://code.42dh.com/openid/ Let us know how you get on Dave -------------------- DE-bug.org ~ a simple bug tracking system
